StarBurn SDK V15.7 'Patriot' has been released

Release notes:

• ISO/UDF import for a big file system structure has been fixed.
• Pascal/Delphi DAO disc layout structure has been fixed.
• MSVC samples have been fixed to be buildable for various character sets.

• Detection of read/write available speeds for physical optical drives has been fixed.
• SVCD(Super Video CD) burning sample has been added for C#.
