Post subject:  Version 3.5 of StarWind iSCSI target has been released.

New version of the product introduces number of improvements and fixes. The most important changes are:

    - Windows 2008 Server (Longhorn) clustering (persistent reservations) is supported.
    - VMware ESX fully compatible. All of the ESX initiator issues successfully workarounded.
    - CHAP values generation optimized.
    - Access to the local unclaimed devices is allowed now.
    - iSCSI volume cache synchronization sequence added.
    - "Switch active mirror" and fast volume synchronization (MD5 checksum calculated) added to the Mirror (RAID1) plug-in.
    - Mirror synchronization progress indication added.
    - Windows 2000 SP4 support re-enabled.
    - Volume data compression and encryption added.
    - Target now can force-remove connected initiators.
    - Fast image file creation sequence added. No more "delayed write" issues on the first write to the image file.
    - Variable disk geometry supported. Now old Solaris initiators and Intel iSCSI boot code assuming fixed disk geometry work.
    - Volume status information added to the device properties page.
    - Major GUI fixes and a lot of new HOWTO manuals added.
