Hi, one of my users reports that the application is freezing as soon as StarBurnX is initialised, probably while accessing the list of drives. Can you check if the log files attached (created with two different StarBurn versions) provide any hints in regard to the issue? Best regards, Florian

Hello, 1)For device searching you can use separate thread and show wait dialog. With this approach your application will not be freezed. 2)We suggest to use SPTD transport instead of SPTI. 3)I think problem in user drive PLEXTOR PX-760A (revision 1.01). Please read next thread: http://club.myce.com/f33/problem-scanning-disc-plextor-px-760a-cd-dvd-speed-4-7-7-15-a-241480/ Possible solution: Ask the user to update firmware for this device to version 1.07. It's can help. |
