Hi, a user reported to me that my application hangs when trying to use the burning features. When looking at the log file, there indeed seems to be something wrong. What can I or you do about it? Best regards, Florian

Hello, Yes, I see ... seems there is problem with SPTI transport! Could you try to use SPTD transport!? Regards, Dmitry |

If it's external USB device it can happen sometimes due to firmware bugs (Google a bit other apps also suffer from this issue). Ask user to flash latest USB bridge firmware. Could help. If device is mounted internally make sure you don't have other burning apps installed and active. As you tend to ignore SPTD and stick with SPTI in "everybody welcomed" mode any app got handle to CD burner will break the whole thing up. |

I'll try to get some further information. Also, I'll add a configuration setting to enable SPTD, then we can see how many problems this actually solves. |
