Hi there,

A customer (just one) is reporting the following exception when he tries to burn an audio CD using our software:

Exception c0000005 occurred at EIP=0x38de2e reading address 0xa3663e0

StarBurn.DLL was loaded at address 0x340000, so you can calculate an offset into your code from there. We are using version 10 Tomahawk, filesize 588,200 bytes, 28-Nov-2008, 13:14 (version 20081220).

I know there's not much to go on but can anyone shed any light on this? He is using an external Toshiba CD burner, exact model unknown (although I can probably find out).

Many thanks- Paul Sanders.

Version you're using is more then 3 years old. Start from updating StarBurn SDK to the most recent version as we don't will to hunt for bugs we've fixed years ago.

What are my upgrade options please? I purchased a single-programmer license on 8th June 2008.

You support had expired in June 2009. Please contact support@starburnsoftware.com with your purchase details and sales reps will issue you with an upgrade options list. We're not at the position to publish them on the public forum.
