 Post subject: Can't get a response from RocketDivision

Hello,

I have been trying to contact RocketDivision about my purchase of StarBurn SDK. I sent an email 2 weeks ago and got no response, and then used the "Contact Us" form on the website with no response. (I have checked my spam folder)

Are there any RocketDivision employees on this forum?

If so, I am trying to obtain the latest version of StarBurn SDK. I found the EXE download on your site, but I believe I need a new license key. My old one does not work with the "V12 Trident II" edition.

Please contact me about this. My Cleverbridge order # is 4665083 and my email address is keith [at] clearclicksoftware [dot] com

Hello Keith,

2) The "V12 Trident II" is the last official version of StarBurn SDK!!!

We've been sending you tons of e-mails and the keys. Looks like something is broken with your e-mail... Can we have your phone number (private message please) so sales could contact you and verify everything is OK, you have your key and so on! Thanks!
