I assume that old versions would include 98, ME and NT. Whereas supported versions are 2000, XP, etc. Is that correct?
I'm not too concerned about supporting these old versions, but i do want to get my documentation correct

Hi What is the minimum Windows version supported by Starburn.dll? I have had it reported that under Windows 98 it raises: Expects a newer version of windows. Upgrade your windows version. TIA |

Windows 98 is not supported with V12 and up. Use 10.5 for old Windows versions. |
