Hi , Can you let me know what the error EN_SCSI_CDB_FAILED indicates? Was there any technical ground for this error. My log shows the below error message StarBurn_ISO9660JolietFileTree_ImportTrack error, en=8, status=0, text=CStarBurn_ScsiTransportSPTI::ExecuteCDB(): Command failed Presently i am using StarBurn 7.2 version Thanks, Gouse |

Please do it as we don't really expect our customers to trace SCSI commands sent to the device... I think you have more important and exciting things to do in your life )

Hi, Please see the attached star burn logs. Aftet writng 1.2 GB of data in 12 iterations(each 100 MB) it suddenly stops. Thanks, Gouse

Version 7.2.20 We don't support this version any more (since 3 years or so). The only build we support now is V12, 20100110. Update to the most recent one and try again. |

Log you've attached is a mass grave of all the actions performed by the customer for years. So last one failed is file system parsing failed b/c superblock (LBA 16) is unreadable b/c of the "unrecovered read error". Could be many reasons why it happened. Initially I'd upgrade both StarBurn and burner firmware to the most recents one and try again. Unfortunately you'll have to do it (upgrade StarBurn to the V12) or you're not going to receive any support from us. Gouse wrote: Hi,
