Hi,

just a small question: On http://www.rocketdivision.com/download_ ... n_sdk.html it says that "One year of FREE support" and "One year of FREE updates" are included. On the order page however, "Annual Support Maintenance" is listed as optional item.
So is it included or optional?

Included. But you can buy it optionally later.

How long does it actually take to get the key? Cleverbridge received my payment yesterday, but I didn't get a key yet.

Immediately after CB will validate the card. It takes a few hours usually. Please let me know your company details so we could issue with a key before we'll get validation e-mail from CB. Thank you!

We have sent your license key on September 17, 2009 12:53 PM, and today it's being resent again.
Since you haven't provided your contact phone number, we were not able to verify whether you have received the license key or not.

Please check your junk mail, perhaps it got there. You should have received email from Tatiana.Gusarova@rocketdivision.com
