Hello, I'm freelancing, using your Library. Can I buy license once and use it for all my clients? One of them needs small utility that only checks if DAO/96 is supported, so pay for whole library is kinda expensive.

No you cannot. This is license violation.

Expensive? Use cdrecord. It's free and available in the source code.
