I downloaded and installed StarBurn today. I am trying to make a home DVD (menu, chapter select, etc.) from multiple mp4 videos. I open the StarBurn application and I am greeted with 15 icon options, none of which I can understand to mean "make a home DVD video from mp4 files". What am I missing? Thanks.

What you need is something called "DVD Authoring" application. StarBurn can burn ready compiled ISO image from such an app or it can create data DVD from files, or we can burn ready DVD-Video / DVD-Audio folders (in the right way) to DVD media, but we can author them. There are few of them, please check review here:

Good luck!

Yup, I've tried all those (and many more). :(

DVD Styler - Limited to 99 (I have 127 MP4 files) and no rotate option (need to rotate videos sometimes 90 or 180 degrees)
DVD Flick - Downloaded, it just doesn't work. I ran the exe, everything appeared to download but when I run it, it gets stuck on a Windows Installer box.
Bombono DVD - No rotate option and you can't add multiple videos at once - one at a time only. And I know it says it can burn directly to disk but I can't find the burn button.
DeVeDe - Linux only. I have Windows
Video to DVD Converter - I think this no longer exists.

Enable Hyper-V Role on your system, configure Linux-based VM and run Linux *working* application there :)

What's not to like? I like everything about iSkysoft DVD Creator except for the fact that it can't do more than 99 videos. But since it had everything else I wanted and was very affordable, I went for it. What I did before burning to DVD is I used a free MP4 joiner to join some of my videos to get them to under 100.

This is StarBurn forum so I'd rather focus on what we do...
