When I attempt to grab images from DVD-R discs, I notice that StarBurn is not always able to comply. Instead of taking the standard amount of time to grab the image, it says it is 100% complete within a couple of seconds, clearly not copying the contents. This does not happen with every DVD-R disc, but frequently enough that it is frustrating. And the discs it won't copy, it won't ever copy, while the discs it can copy it will every time. There are never any issues with DVD+R discs. Can you please advise about how this might be rectified? Thanks. |

Start with catching such a situation and sending us both application and StarBurn logs. Should help to find out what's broken. |

There's something written inside log window when you grab. Copy text (or click "save log") and also copy StarBurn.log file from StarBurn installation folder. Send both. |

I'm getting an error about not being able to send "dat" files. I have no idea what I'm doing here. Please advise. |

Rename dat to some other extension. Maybe .data or .starwindlogfile - should work. |
