Post subject:  I can not unmunt virtual dvd device!

Please help me!
I've mounted two virtual device for two different file iso that are in my HD in a folder different from the folder foreseen from StarPort.
I'm using a free version of starburn.
Now, I wish unmount these device. I follow the procedure to anmount these devices with starport: starport wizard, flag "unmount/remove device", in the new window I select one device, I click "next" and after "finish" in the last window with the message "the device was removed successfully". I repeat the procedure in same way for the second device, but here I find the first error: in the window with the mounted devices there is almost the device I’ve unmounted. Ok, I continue with the procedure for the second device. When the procedure is finished, all two devices come back in the part of the starburn window with the list of devices. I tried to erase the file .iso (is not possible, they are used to System), also in safe mode both in f8 mode and in msconfig mode, I tried to blok all services ann similar in msconfig and restart, each time the same thing: is not possible to unmount two devices, it is not possible erase the two iso file ecc.
Sorry for my English, help me pleae! Is very important: the real dvd device doesn’t work until I’ve mounted the two virtual devices.

You have some mess on your system. Please provide a screenshot from the point StarBurn does not work as expected. Thanks!

Possibly optical drive can be opened in explorer or used by some other application.
