Post subject:  Starburn 13 problem with multisession

I have used Starburn 12 release 10 for a while and updated to Starburn 13 recently. Since then when I try to burn Data on to DVD+R, In the burning options screen, the option "Create multisession disc" is ticked and grayed out. I do not want multisession and there is no way to untick it. It used to work correctly in the earlier version.
My OS is Win7 x64 SP1. I have attached a screen shot.
Please advise how to get that option enabled so that I can tick/untick the multisession option.

Thanks

So my problem is still there. Please advise

Hi andrey,

Still no luck on my system (Win 7 64-bit SP1). I re-downloaded today. Uninstalled, reinstalled and still got build 0x20110818.
I'll wait for the first upgrade to version 13 and try it again then. The previous version 12 was working fine so I have no pressing
need to upgrade. Just was looking to try any new features.

Thank you for the quick response.

I think I understood what was going on :)

What media type do you use?

I'm using DVD+R. The media ID is RITEK-F16-01 as reported by VSO Inspector.

You are right, it's our bug. We always do multisession for DVD+RW, DVD-RAM and for DVD+R.
For DVD+R it's mistaken. Will fix in the nearest few weeks and with few some other fixes will release new version of StarBurn.
