Hello, I am a new user of Starburn. I made two images, burned them to DVD, and things went fine. Now when I try to create a data disc, I get the following error: "Please Insert A Disc" My only option is to cancel, and then I get the StarBurn program. No matter what I try, the system thinks my disc is not present or is already closed. Thoughts or ideas or suggestions are welcome.

If you've created a disc as single session you cannot append it...

Yes, I know about closing a session. This is after a reboot, and with 3 new and blank discs. No matter what I try, it refuses to burn anything further.

Hello,

1)What wizard you use "Burn Image" or "Burn Data"?
2)What description of media you see on device selection page. It's columns "Media", "Size, MB", "Label"

I am happy to report the problem is solved. It seems the brand new DVD burner I put in, died after burning only 3 discs, so a second burner has me going again. Thanks for the suggestions of help.
