PostPosted: Thu Oct 28, 2004 5:10 am
I already read "Burn audio CD & Thread" Sep 16 2004.
But, I don't understand because the contents of that is rough.

Now I have same problem.
I create thread for StarBurn, and make graphical progress bar.
(The main-thread has graphical interface and something,
the sub-thread has StarBurn...)
Then the audio cd that recorded is not working.

How do I solve this problem ?

You can download GUI samples with 2 threads and progress bar from our site:

Thanks for fast response...

I did download example(VC MFC sample, 2 thread, progress bar).
But, I think it is method to make data CD.
I exactly want to make audio CD.

I heard that 2 thread problem occurs to make audio CD because it caused by MP3 library.

Is it right ?

Yes, you are right. There is a bug with audio burning and sub-threads.
We will fix it in the next build, but there is a workaround. Try to call CoInitialize in the begining of your sub-thread where you call StarBurn functions.

I think it will help,
Regards.

We're really sorry for asking you doing special activities. We've fixed this particular bug in the StarBurn release currently under testing. If everything would work fine we'll release it soon. Thank you for your patience!
