I am using Samsung's DVD R/RW drive for burnig the mpeg file in VCD format using VideCD.exe command (e.g. VideoCD 1 0 0 0 c:\mpeg_vcd_pal.mpg 0) given in bin folder, it writes data to the CD in VCD format but the data is not written properly and the same mpeg file is properly written to the disk using Nero. And even the Blank command works properly which erases the data from the RW CD.

Operating system - Windows XP

Where did you take this MPG file? Can you provide us with a sample? Or just a beginning (first 2 megabytes or so would be enough).

And what do you mean "not written properly". Resuling disc is not playable or what?
