Hello Dima Sir,

Can I burn an ISO file of path "D:\اثممخ.iso" to disc.
In the current build I am getting Internal SDK error.

Thank you Sir.

Use UDF for now. We'll represent back re-written Unicode support for ISO9660/Joliet with the next big update (June-July 2010).

Hello Sir,

How to use UDF to burn unicode ISO file "D:\اثممخ.iso" on disc?
In StarBurnX, UDFDataBurner is there but it does not have BurnImage(...).
Thank you.

Hello,

You can't do that using the StarBurnX :(.

I suggest You to dynamically rename your unicode-named file before you start burning disc ... and restore an original name after burning will be finished.

Regards

Dmitry

OK.

So in starBurnX, we cannot directly burn an ISO file with unicode chars in it's path(either file or folder with unicode chars).
Not now and not in future versions also. Am I right?

So should I restrict unicode support in my application?

Probably. Or use core StarBurn API. Or wait for Unicode-enabled StarBurnX build (no ETA yet).
