There are no devices showing up. I use Debian Linux 3.0 (SID) and have tested with a normal user and as root. Other linux-burning software works just fine.
What am i doing wrong? Do i have to set a parameter somewhere in the system?
Please help, your application (Grab & Burn 3.1.0 build 2004-08-04 Linux) looks very neat.

Please check do you have ide-scsi emulation enabled (it's turned OFF by default for 2.6.x kernels).

Also we're working on a big update for Grab & Burn, it would contain not only "ATA native" way to work with IDE burners but also DVD session import code and some other major improvements. Update is scheduled to be released before CeBIT'2005 (mid-March).

Did you started the program with `sudo`?

Well here it is over a year later and still at version 3.10, build 2004-08-04 even though the front page says version 5.1, same as windows. I'm using Open Suse 10.0 with kernel 2.6.13-15.12, x86-64 and no devices show up. Any suggestions?

1) Which frontpage says it's 5.1? I've seen only 5.0.2 references on whole RDS site. Can you point?

2) Maybe you'd followed old link or did not reload the cache? I've just checked - it's 5.0.2.

1. I can't really say, I delete all history at browser exit.
2. You are correct.
So I will download the new version and see what happens. Thanks for your response.
