Hello all,

I would like to use starburn to burn a DVD video iso rather than directly burn a DVD disc.

Is there way that I can do that?

Thank you

Hello,

For burning disc from ISO image please use "Burn Image" wizard.

I didn't mean to burn iso image with Starburn.

I need to burn *.mpg to DVD so that I can play it on DVD player.
However, I would like to burn *.mpg as an ISO first and then burn it on a DVD disc second.

Is there a way I can do that?

Thank you

Unfortunately you cannot burn .MPG file as DVD-Video as we don't support DVD authoring yet...

StarBurn SDK has this functionality, but AFAIK Video Burner Wizard use ISO image as destination (instead of the physical disc).

Hello,

If you have premastered VIDEO_TS folder (VOB, IFO, BUP files) then you can burn DVD from this folder with "Burn Video" wizard.

About what iso file you ask?

->gglook,

If Anton has correctly understood you then unfortunately you have not way to do this by StarBurn without burning :(

But you can do this in two steps with burning:
1)Burn DVD-RW disc by "Burn Video" wizard
2)Grab this disc with "Grab Image" wizard to ISO image file.

After this you will have ISO image with your dvd video data.

This forum thread for StarBurn burning and mastering application, but not
for StarBurn SDK.

In StarBurn SDK exist this functionality but not exist in StarBurnX (ActiveX wrapper).
If you ready to order StarBurn SDK we can add this functionality to StarBurnX in nearest future.
