Chose Burn Video>followed Wizard chose my VIDEO_TS folder that has BUP/IFO/VOB files in it. Chose Track-At-Once and default record speed was 4.0x, but it kicks the disk out and never does anything. Can you tell me why or send me to a link that gives me more info about how to do this properly or to make a DVD from an MPG file??
Thankx

Please send us StarBurn log. This is not normal and we need a bit more detailed description of what's wrong. Thanks1

Unfortunately in your case we need COMPLETE log and not only trace window output... When this error happens you're asked to send us the log. Just allow StarBurn to do it. Thanks!

I did send the only log I got. I clicked on the button to "SAVE LOG" at the bottom of the dialog box that was on my screen after the disk kicked out and that is all it has in it. Is there another log somewhere else??

That's not a problem! Andrew will contact you via e-mail with detailed instructions how to proceed from this point. Thank you! :)

I think I may have found the problem. I think I had a bad DVD disk and even the next one was bad, so I switched DVD drives and discovered that one drive was saying I had a blank disk and the other said I had a used DVD, which would not work, so I used another new DVD disk and it seems to have burned correctly. Thanks for your time.
