 Post subject: Burning no of copies problem

I want to burn Data in Disc and burn it no of times. The starburn version I am using is as follows
Starburn.dll 13.0.3.2320
starburnx13.dll 13.4.130.0
After started the data burn on disc, the disc burned first time properly. I inserted another disc and exception came
The followings are details
System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80040275): Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040275 at RocketDivision.StarBurnX.IDataBurner2.Burn(Boolean TestBurn, String VolumeName, String PublisherName, String ApplicationName)

Please see the attached log also.

Am I missing anything?

Hello,

The new disc must be empty ( as the original /first/ disc!!)

Can you please tell me what I have to do now from my side.
The second disc I am inserting is always empty.
I am using the starburn latest version from FTP(version 13). The following is the link

Can you provide me any working sample?

Hi!

The first disc should be empty too!! ( before start burning :)

On first burning, i inserted an empty disc, burn completed. I inserted another disc (Empty) and started the burn, then crash occurred.

This bug is fixed in v.15!! Have you license for v.15?

Sorry, You can't, the actual version is v.15!

Please contact with Tatiana (tatiana.gusarova@starburnsoftware.com) for updating your license.
