Hello Dima Sir,

1. I am using StarBurnX_v12_300_20101122.
2. I am facing following problem. DiscEraser.LockTray, DataBurner.LockTray, etc. which are related to locking drive are not working.
3. While erasing a disc using discEraser, to prevent the unpremeditated opening of the tray during erasing process, I am calling discEraser.Locktray = True.
But after calling this function also, drive is getting ejected.
4. The same was observed while burning, creating image.
5. Will you please kindly check this in StarBurnX_v12_300_20101122.

Thank you Sir.

No log = no help = no update. The ball is on your side.

P.S. Not all the devices do support LOCK (even if they do report they do).

Use old one. Issue is hardware and not StarBurn SDK related.

Hello Dima Sir,

With new dlls, I am able to create StarBurnX logs.
The above discussed problem of DiscEraser.Locktray not working is not solved. Related logs I am attaching with this post.

Thank you. Waiting for your reply. :)

Hello

The "Lock Tray" feature will only work when Burning/Erasing process is running ... it mean that we lock device before the burning/erasing operation started and unlock device after the operation finished/failed!! Looking into your log file I see that no burning/erasing operations called!:)

Regards

Dmitry

Hello Dima Sir,

Yes, you are right, in my sample application I didn't call erase process. But just checked by calling discEraser.LockTray = True. I will check this time by actually erasing disk. Will inform you immediately.

Thank you.
