I have followed the FAQ on how to resolve this issue. However, it doesn't work for me. Here is the issue.

Read only user fails on StarBurn_CdvdBurnerGrabber_Create
After deploying the reg file and starburn.sys, it no longer can create the class. It is possible the starburn.sys file is not compatible.

What information here, can I add that will help resolve my issue. Unfortunately, we do not have the correct debug version of the DLL, so I cannot turn on logging.

StarBurn.dll - 594 KB(608, 768 bytes) - The StarBurn.dll version we use is old and has no version information on it.
In our StarBurn.h the last revision is 2006-02-10.

Your support plan had expired years ago. For now you need to buy both license renewal and ASM, grab V12 unlock key, install V12, apply V12 unlock key, re-build your app with new libraries and headers and feel happy again.
