#1 Burning Software

Hi,

We have a three-year support contract for the StarBurn SDK. However, our existing V10 license doesn't seem to work with the V12 SDK. I sent an email to the support address two days ago asking if I need to download something other than the evaluation version or whether we need a new key and I have not yet received a reply. What do I need to do to receive an updated license key?

Tom, you should receive V12 unlock key from either Tanya or Andrew. Please let me know if you did not. Thanks!

I did not receive the email. I double-checked my account and my spam folder but did not see any evidence of a message. I did receive the initial message from the spam-rejection site but nothing further. Do I need to re-request the key?

If you did not react to spam e-mail this means we don't have your request... OK, I'll recover it from spam killer Inbox and will forward it to sales dept tomorrow.
