DataBurner: Verification failed

Hello Sir,

I am using StarBurnX.
When I was burning data on the disc, after completing burn process, verification process started which failed immediately with error System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x800402A1): Verification failed:
at RocketDivision.StarBurnX.DataBurnerClass.Verify().

Logs you've kindly attached don't have any calls to verification API entries. So please provide matching log to what your customers is doing and we'll be happy to help. Thanks!

It looks like there are multiple CRC errors when reading the recorded content. So...

1) When recorded can user manually read all recorded files in say Windows Explorer?

2) You can ask user to experiment with the different blank media vendors.

3) Flash latest firmware into the burner (the firware which is aware of his media brand).
