your help file says :
We do provide our customers with both console and GUI code samples.

I am using C#.
I have downloaded your evaluation version. if it fulfills my purpose we are interested in buying licensed StarburnSDK.
can you please tell where can i get sample console application.

Dima had already answered to you by e-mail where to find C, Pascal, Java and JavaScript console samples. We don't provide C# console samples (at least yet). Current GUI ones are pretty stright-forward however.
